Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between Anjaneya AB (org. no. 559580-5531), Sweden (“Cadsy”, the Provider) and the business that creates a Cadsy account (the Customer). They consist of this cover page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms, Version 2.1 (the Standard Terms), which are incorporated by reference. Capitalised words not defined here have the meaning given in the Standard Terms. If this cover page and the Standard Terms conflict, this cover page controls.

By ticking the acceptance box you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business with authority to bind it. Cadsy is a business service and is not offered to consumers.

  2. Ownership of outputs. Images and annotations generated for Customer are Customer Content. Everything else Cadsy generates or provides remains part of the Product.
  3. Deletion. In place of the 60-day period in Section 5.5, Cadsy will delete Customer Content within 30 days after Customer asks or the Subscription Period ends. Copies in service providers’ logs and backups expire within their standard retention periods.

Accepting these Terms has the same effect as signing it, including the Standard Contractual Clauses it incorporates.
